About the Bella Vista Residents’ Association

Who We Are
The Bella Vista Residents’ Association Inc. (BVRA) is the incorporated body responsible for managing the shared amenities of our private residential estate in Auckland. We exist to serve the residents of Bella Vista and to ensure our community remains a great place to live.
Bella Vista is a growing estate of 40 lots. Currently, 25 homes are owner or tenant occupied, with further development underway. The BVRA represents all lot owners, whether their home is built or still to come.

 
What We Do
Our primary responsibility is the care and upkeep of the shared amenities within the estate. This means residents can enjoy well-maintained communal spaces without the hassle of managing them individually. The BVRA handles this on everyone’s behalf, so you can focus on enjoying life at Bella Vista.
 
How We’re Organised
The BVRA is governed by a volunteer committee of elected residents who are committed to acting in the best interests of the whole community. The committee meets regularly to make decisions about amenity maintenance and any matters affecting the estate.
All lot owners are members of the BVRA and are welcome to attend meetings and have their say. Details of upcoming meetings are shared through our Facebook group and by email.
