Our Association is managed by a committee elected by the members at each Annual General Meeting
It's role is to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Bella Vista Residents' Association ensuring compliance with current association Rules and Constitution and Bylaws as well as all other applicable central and local government rules and regulations.
The committee is committed to the principle that no single member’s view should act as a veto over the collective and to ensure all significant actions and resolutions were the result of a democratic, majority committee vote. It is important to recognise that no member of the committee has power to act unilaterally or to override team consensus; it operates as a collective, and therefore, responsibility for it's direction is shared equally across the entire committee.
